EMS was founded in May 2006 by practice principal, Chris Watson who has over 24 years experience in the financial services industry with companies such as the Zurich Advice Network and the St. James’s Place Group.

EMS offers a full advice service in respect of new purchase mortgages, remortgages and Buy to Let, as well asmost mortgage insurance products, including life assurance and critical illness protection. EMS can also refer you to preferred specialist suppliers of overseas mortgages, secured loans and commercial mortgages.

EMS does not usually charge a broker fee, however, should a fee be charged, it will typically be £295 payable on completion. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.
