Finding the right mortgage can be tricky. Our aim is to make the process as painless as possible for you! EMS offers a range of products from the whole of market, which helps us to find the most suitable deal for your circumstances.

We can offer products for:

• Commercial - for business and commercial mortgages which we refer to our preferred specialist provider.

Commercial mortgages and, in general, Buy to Let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

You can pay for our services by fee only. In these circumstances, a typical fee is 1% of the loan payable on completion. You can also pay a reduced fee and we will retain the procuration fee from the Lender. A typical fee would then be 0.6% of the loan. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.
